Deon Duvenage

Deon is a Civil Engineer and property, infrastructure, and asset management professional with more than 30 years of experience across property development, infrastructure delivery, facilities management, asset lifecycle planning, and operational advisory services.

His multidisciplinary background combines engineering, project leadership, strategic management, and digital transformation, enabling him to bridge the gap between technical, operational, and commercial decision-making.

Deon also holds a Masters degree in Project Management and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and registered Professional Project Manager (Pr PM). He is currently completing an MSc degree In Global BIM Management and actively expanding his expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Twins, and AI-enabled asset management systems to support the future of data-driven property and infrastructure management.

At TerraVise Advisory, Deon leads the Development and Asset Advisory practice, helping clients navigate the complete asset lifecycle—from land acquisition and development through construction, operations, maintenance, renewal, and optimisation.

His passion lies in helping clients make informed, strategic decisions that maximise asset performance, reduce operational risk, and create sustainable long-term value.
